We offer a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on www.oranjeclothing.com subject to the following conditions (15 days replacement guarantee):
You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us (within 5 days, including weekends) and of delivery of the product.
Defective/incorrect product replacement
1. You should notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
2. You can either email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us. You can send the defective/incorrect product back to us within 15 days of the time of the delivery to you.
3.To return the product(s) you have to courier the package to us and inform our customer support team within 15 days from delivery of the product.
4.The product returned to us must have the invoice. have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered be in an unused condition.
5. As soon as we have received the product,our QC team will check it, if all the above are in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.

6. In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full cash refund.
7.In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund either via the card you paid for (for card payments) or via cheque (for COD payments)

9.Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the product (s) was damaged in transit to you only if informed us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s)
